“BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (AP) ? Dwindling donations to the Living Word Christian Center in Brooklyn Park have prompted its high-profile pastor, Mac Hammond, to put his private business jet on the market.”
Once the pastor pays off the outstanding bills, i’m sure he’ll take the extra and buy a rolls royce. Of course, it would be used for ministry. Duh!
I wonder how many churches own private jets in America? That would be good to research, but i do not have the time for that. I don’t even know where to begin to find out that info. I know a lot of TBN preachers have jets.

Your post makes no sense.
Your post reads, “BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (AP) ? Dwindling donations to the Living Word Christian Center in Brooklyn Park have prompted its high-profile pastor, Mac Hammond, to put his private business jet on the market.”
Now, if I’m reading this correctly, it’s HIS private business jet. HIS, thus HE owns it. What is wrong with HIM selling HIS private jet to pay church bills? To me that’s a sacrifice. If the jet belongs to the CHURCH that is perhaps a different story. But if it is as you posted, “HIS” private jet he should be commended.
just my opinion.
If the jet was actually obtained because of the wages from a private business that would not be counted as a ‘ministry’, then so be it, i applaud him. But if the jet was purchased at the expense of ministering God’s word, then all i can say is that selling the private jet should be par for the course.
